An SBI-led consortium of lenders has reportedly agreed to provide loans to Tata Group for the smooth operations of its newly acquired airline Air India. The consortium agreed to grant both term loans and working capital loans, Moneycontrol reported citing sources. Tata had offered to take over Air India's debt of ₹15,300 crore and pay ₹2,700 crore to the government.
