Tata Group and Intel have signed an MoU to explore collaboration in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and AI compute solutions in India. The partnership aims to strengthen India's domestic chip ecosystem, support upcoming Tata Fab and OSAT facilities, and build advanced packaging capabilities, positioning India as a key player in the global semiconductor supply chain.
