The combined market capitalisation of Tata Group companies crossed ₹30 lakh crore on Tuesday, becoming the first Indian conglomerate to achieve this feat. The market capitalisation touched a high of ₹30.52 lakh crore intraday and later closed at ₹30.38 lakh crore. Notably, shares of TCS surged over 8% this year, whereas Tata Motors and Tata Power are up 19% each.
