Tata Motors to cutdown production amid global semiconductor shortage

Tata Motors on Wednesday said it is forced to moderate production and offtake volumes in the coming months amid shortage in availability of semiconductors. "Semiconductor shortage continues to impact the auto industry globally. The recent lockdowns in East Asia have worsened the supply situation," it added. However, it didn't specify the quantum or the dates of the output cut.
