Tata Group is considering a plan to integrate its four airline brands under Air India, as per reports. The group plans to merge Air India with full-service carrier Vistara, along with budget carriers Air India Express and AirAsia India. Reportedly, Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, the joint owners of Vistara, have agreed to a merger.
