Tata Power said it has re-appointed Praveer Sinha as CEO and MD for four years from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2027. His present tenure as a CEO and MD is scheduled to conclude on April 30. Sinha's re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members. Sinha is a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
