Tata Sons is likely to create a holding company for its aviation business to bid for Air India and also bring its subsidiary AirAsia India under it, the Economic Times reported citing officials. The holding company is expected to submit bid for Air India by September 15. Vistara won't be a part of the holding company, the report said.
