Tata Sons rejects Tata Trusts' objections to Chandrasekran's reappointment

Tata Sons shared a letter on Thursday rejected objections raised by Tata Trusts' chairman Noel Tata challenging N Chandrasekaran's reappointment as Chairman. The letter said that the reappointment resolution was "validly passed" as per Article 104B and Article 121 of the Articles of Association. Tata Trusts earlier said the conditions needed to pass the reappointment resolution were not met.
