Tata stocks fall as Tata Sons rejig clouds listing prospects

Tata Chemicals, Tata Motors PV and other Tata Group shares fell after Tata Trusts proposed restructuring Tata Sons. The plan would merge Tata Electronics Systems Solutions and Tata Consulting Engineers into Tata Sons, aiming to ensure the reorganised entity is neither an NBFC nor a CIC. The proposal requires RBI and other approvals.
