Tata Technologies reported Q4FY26 revenue from operations at ₹1,572.22 crore against ₹1,365.73 crore QoQ, while PAT attributable to shareholders rose 20.2% to ₹204.17 crore from ₹169.87 crore. The Board recommended final dividend of ₹8.35 and special dividend of ₹3.35, taking total FY26 dividend to ₹11.70 per share.
