Tata Group is planning to merge AirAsia India with Air India Express and Vistara with Air India by 2024, The Indian Express reported. Tata Group, which owns an 83.67% stake in AirAsia India and a 51% stake in Vistara, is planning to purchase AirAsia India's remaining stake for $30 million. AirAsia India's merger will likely take 12 months to complete.
