Tata Trusts lose ₹55.6 lakh daily due to AGM delay: Report
A fresh complaint has been filed with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner regarding the trustees of Sir Ratan Tata Trust, which owns 24% of Tata Sons, CNBC-TV18 reported. It claims the delayed Tata Sons AGM has postponed around ₹2,900 crore in dividends due to SRTT. Applying a 7% annual return, the delay represents an opportunity cost of about ₹55.6 lakh daily.
