Hours before the crucial Tata Sons board meeting, which approved the company's listing and N Chandrasekaran's reappointment, its owner Tata Trusts tried to stop its representative Venu Srinivasan from voting, Moneycontrol reported. The trusts noted that Srinivasan's support for listing was incompatible with its position. Srinivasan then pushed back and voted against the trusts' Chairman Noel Tata.
