Estonian PM Kristen Michal said EU should put taxes on Russian imports to fund the reconstruction of Ukraine amid the ongoing war with Russia. Michal added that Russia's frozen assets worth €210 billion would not be enough to cover the bill for rebuilding Ukraine.
