Three drivers have sued New York-based ride-hailing app Juno alleging breach of contract, false advertising and securities fraud. Drivers allege Juno lured high-performing drivers away from Uber and Lyft on the promise that they would receive equity from the company. However, when Juno was acquired by rival Gett in April, that equity program was done away with, the drivers said.
