The Income Tax Department has enabled online filing and the Excel utility for ITR-3 on its e-filing portal for AY 2026-27, allowing eligible taxpayers to submit returns. With this, all major ITR filing utilities for the assessment year are now available. ITR-3 applies to individuals and HUFs earning income from business, capital gains, trading, salary, house property and other sources.
