GST Network has announced that starting from July tax period, taxpayers will not be able to file monthly and yearly GST returns after three years of the original filing due date. Experts said the move may affect taxpayers who, due to multiple reasons like litigation, system issues, or genuine oversight, have pending filings. However, they added it'll enhance system discipline.
