The subpoena against Taylor Swift to testify in Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's case has been dropped, confirmed Blake's team. They added, "Exploiting Taylor Swift's celebrity was the original plan...[Justin's legal team] will run out of distractions from actual claims of sexual harassment and retaliation they're facing." Justin and Blake will appear in federal court on March 9, 2026.
