India's largest IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday announced that it has acquired US-based management consulting firm BridgePoint Group. The entire management team and key experts of BridgePoint, which specialises in retirement services, will join TCS. On November 1, TCS announced that it acquired London-based digital design studio W12 Studios.
