Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced its biggest leadership reshuffle in three years, restructuring multiple senior roles and business units, Moneycontrol reported. The move aims to strengthen its focus on key markets and industry segments amid AI-driven disruption and changing business models. The biggest changes were made in the BFSI vertical, which contributes over 30% of TCS' revenue.
