TCS has ended hybrid work policy for its employees and has asked them to work from office five days a week from October 1, CNBC-TV18 reported. Since September 2022, TCS required its employees to follow a roster and be in office three days a week. It had also warned employees of consequences if they did not adhere to this roster.
