Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has given an average variable pay of 60-80% to its mid- and senior-level employees in Q4, according to Moneycontrol. This is the second consecutive quarter of higher variable pay after nearly two years of payouts in the 20-50% range. The payouts are linked to office attendance, with employees falling below the required threshold receiving lower payouts.
