India's top software services exporter Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Tuesday, November 28 announced the opening and closing dates for its Rs 17,000-crore share buyback programme. For small shareholders, defined as those with investments less than Rs 2 lakh, the entitlement ratio has been fixed at one equity share for every six equity shares held on the record date.
