Commenting on TCS laying off 12,000 employees, CEO K Krithivasan said new technologies - particularly AI - are coming in and operating model is changing. "This is driven by where there is a skill mismatch, or, where we think we have not been able to deploy someone," he said, adding, "We have to have right skillsets to work in future."
