TCS has reportedly delayed the onboarding of over 600 experienced professionals indefinitely, leaving them in uncertainty. NITES has sought the government's intervention on the matter, saying that despite having a formal offer letter, many employees with 2-18 years of experience are affected. These employees have formally resigned from their previous organisation and currently have no other job.
