Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has linked quarterly variable payout to employees with their attendance in office, as per reports. Under the new policy, employees with less than 60% in-office attendance won't be eligible for the bonus. TCS is reportedly expecting minimum 85% attendance in office from employees for them to receive full quarterly variable pay.
