Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been fined $194.22 million (over ₹1,622 crore) by a US court for trade secret misappropriation. The fine was imposed after Computer Sciences Corporation filed a lawsuit under Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016. "The company believes that it has strong arguments against the judgement and is taking necessary steps to protect its interest," TCS said.
