Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has reported a decline in full-year headcount for the first time in 19 years. The company said it ended financial year 2023-24 with 6,01,546 employees, down from 6,14,795 employees in the previous financial year. In comparison, TCS reported a net addition of 22,600 employees in financial year 2022-23 and 1.03 lakh employees in financial year 2021-22.
