Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is rethinking its decision to open offices in small towns after the controversial workplace harassment case at its Nashik office. TCS chairman N Chandrasekaran stressed the difficulty in maintaining centers with 100-200 employees, which could increase risk exposure. He said, "One thing that the recent lesson has taught us is that we can't have sub-optimal centers."
