TCS has updated its work from office policy for employees. The revised WFO regulations have tightened office attendance requirements. Indian employees can mention up to 6 days per quarter as a personal emergency with the option to transfer unused days to the next quarter. Company allows employees to submit up to 30 exceptions in one entry.
