Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Coastal Cloud, a leading US Salesforce Summit Partner, for $700 million in cash, expected to close by January 31, 2026. Founded in 2012, the Florida-based firm specialises in AI-led multi-cloud Salesforce consulting for enterprise transformations across sales, service, marketing, and Data Cloud.
