TCS employees seeking exemption from work from office on medical basis are reportedly being referred to doctors empanelled by the company for validation. According to a report, employees have been asked to get their records of diagnosis and medical certificates validated by these doctors to permit remote work. TCS staff has been asked to work from office thrice a week.
