The Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has approved the acquisition of Coastal Cloud Holdings with an Enterprise Value of up to USD 700 million, executed through its wholly-owned US subsidiary. The deal, expected by January 31, 2026, adds nearly 400 professionals and strong salesforce, data, AI and advisory strengths.
