India's largest IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is planning to increase salaries by an average of 7-8% for its offsite employees and 2-4% for its onsite staffers in 2024-25, according to a report by Business Standard. High performers can expect a raise of 12-15%, the report added. These increments will be effective April 1, 2024.
