In a significant development for Andhra Pradesh's IT sector, Minister Nara Lokesh announced that Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will establish a facility in Visakhapatnam, expected to employ 10,000 people. This decision followed a meeting with Tata Sons Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran, just after a similar announcement from HCL Technologies.
