TCS will recognise an additional $70 million provision after the US Supreme Court denied review of its legal dispute with CSC/DXC Technology Company. The amount will be recorded as a one-time exceptional expense in Q1 FY27. Including the earlier $150 million provision, the total financial impact of the matter reaches $220 million.
