In Karnataka's Kalaburagi, a government primary school teacher has been arrested on charges of attempting to rape a Class 5 student. The accused, Mallikarjun, allegedly assaulted the girl when she entered a classroom after lunch. The girl screamed, causing the teacher to flee. She later reported the incident to her parents.
