A probationary primary teacher of Kendriya Vidyalaya was suspended for saying India is a developing country because of Bihar. The teacher, identified as Deepali, in a video, had complained about her first posting being in Bihar's Jehanabad and had stated people of Bihar "have zero civic sense". The teacher has been transferred to KV in Mashrak, Chhapra, during suspension period.
