Amid the ongoing research to develop "unhackable" quantum internet, Australian scientists have devised a new test for entanglement (pairing) of light particles called photons. The team created a secure channel based on quantum teleportation, where information is conveyed without physically moving the photons. Failing the teleportation test meant the network could be infiltrated, said researchers.
