Human resources services company TeamLease has received a show cause notice from Labour Ministry's Employees' Provident Fund Organisation. The notice alleges certain contraventions in relation to the administration and management of funds by the Employees’ Provident Fund Trust. The quantum of implication as per the notice is over ₹184 crore, including interest, which the company disputes.
