Trading on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) was halted for over 45 minutes on Monday due to a technical glitch. Although no official reason has been given, one of the reasons behind the technical glitch could be migration to a new trading system. Normal trading resumed at 7:36 pm, and MCX said SEBI has been informed of the glitch.
