British luxury clothing company Ted Baker's Founder and CEO Ray Kelvin has resigned following allegations of misconduct, including 'forced hugging' claims by the company's employees. Kelvin, who had been on a voluntary leave of absence since December 2018, denied all the allegations. However, he agreed to resign from his position as CEO and a Ted Baker Director with immediate effect.
