Teen launches AI platform for neurodivergent job seekers

Navya Tuteja, a 17-year-old from Virginia, launched Raaha, a free AI platform helping neurodivergent job seekers evaluate job listings for compatibility. Within two months, it gained 1,000 users and 20,000 listings. Tuteja also created Legible, a tool simplifying special education documents. She wrote Raaha's core algorithm herself, using AI only for mechanical tasks.
