A 19-year-old teen on Wednesday was charged with multiple counts of murder over a school shooting in Russia that killed nine people, including seven children and two adults. Investigators said Ilnaz Galyaviev had fired at least 17 rounds and detonated an explosive device during the attack. Galyaviev was diagnosed with a brain disorder last year, Investigative Committee told the Court.
