A Canadian teenager who purchased her first lottery ticket to celebrate her 18th birthday will now receive a sum of CA$1,000 (₹50,000) every week for the rest of her life. Charlie Lagarde won the jackpot with a CA$4 scratch-off ticket. She plans to spend the prize money on travelling and studying photography.
