Telangana MLC Teenmaar Mallanna on Wednesday launched the Telangana Rajyadhikara Party, presenting it as a platform for the marginalised and oppressed communities of the state. The launch comes months after his suspension from the ruling Congress in the state over his opposition to the state’s socio-economic caste survey.
