Telangana's latest caste survey revealed that over 13% households in the state don't have toilets. The survey further said that one in every three Scheduled Tribes (ST) households, 19% of Scheduled Castes (SC) homes and 4.5% general caste households lack basic toilet facilities. It added that one in five SC and ST households also don't have access to tap water.
