Telangana CM KCR on Saturday didn't receive PM Narendra Modi, again, at the Begumpet airport, where he landed to launch several projects. PM Modi was welcomed by Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan. Addressing a public gathering later, he urged the BRS-led state government to not obstruct development projects. "I am pained at the non-cooperation of the state government," PM Modi added.
