Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao will not be present in Hyderabad during PM Narendra Modi's visit to the city on Thursday. KCR is scheduled to be in Bengaluru to meet former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD Devegowda. PM Modi is visiting Hyderabad to participate in the 20th-anniversary celebrations of the Indian School of Business.
