Telangana High Court on Monday observed that a CBI probe is not needed into the murder of lawyer couple Gattu Vaman Rao and Nagamani. The HC said this while hearing a petition by Rao's father Gattu Kishan Rao. A division bench observed that the court shares the petitioner's pain, but pointed out that it is directly monitoring the probe.
